If you already sell jewelry on the internet, you KNOW "build it and they will come" is a load of crap. I bought this book as soon as Rena released it (on March 27, 2008). Even though the world of social networking changes almost daily in terms of the tools available and what's "hot" today, the principles in Rena's book are the same. Relationships are key. I haven't seen anything like it out there on the internet, in bookstores, or anywhere else.
